& Our Founder

Hi, I’m Monica!

My dance journey began almost as soon as I learned to walk! Growing up in southern Italy, where my mum ran a well-regarded dance studio. Dance became everything to me. I spent my childhood obsessed with becoming the best dancer possible, training intensely on the path to a professional career.

But everything changed when I was a teenager. A serious hip injury stopped me in my tracks, leaving me barely able to walk for almost a year. It was devastating. My dreams, my purpose, and everything I had poured myself into seemed to vanish overnight.

For a while, I felt lost, but eventually, I found a new mission. I realized how much dancers need strong, resilient bodies and how lacking traditional dance training was in proper conditioning. Which is so critical to prevent injuries like the one I had suffered. So I committed myself to learning everything I could about strength, conditioning, and injury prevention for dancers.

Over the past decade, I’ve built a career helping dancers enhance their athleticism, strength, and resilience. I’ve earned various qualifications (BA(Hons) Dance Pedagogy; MSc Neuropsychology & Education; PGDip Dance Science; Certified Life Coach & Personal Trainer), taught in different countries, and specialized in working with dancers to help them stay at their best, both physically and mentally.

Now, my passion is helping dancers unlock their potential and build injury-resistant and strong bodies so they can continue pursuing their dreams.
