Option 1 - with live sessions

  • The application form includes:

    • Contact information

    • Health questionnaire

    • Dance experience & goals

    • Availability

  • After being accepted through the application form, I will assess your range of motion, strength, endurance, flexibility, and technical levels. From this, I will develop a training plan tailored to your needs and goals, and deliver it to you within 3-5 working days. This training plan is to be practiced between our 1:1 sessions/check-ins.

  • The weekly 50-minute session in the 1:1 online coaching program is a personalised video call with Monica. It includes guided workouts, progress reviews, goal setting, and tailored advice to keep you motivated and on track. This session ensures real-time support, technique guidance, and adjustments to your plan as needed.

Option 2 - with meal plan

  • In this step, you'll complete an application form providing detailed information about your goals, fitness level, dietary preferences, and any specific needs. This helps ensure that the program is tailored specifically to you.

  • Once accepted through the application process, I will assess your range of motion, strength, endurance, flexibility, and technical levels. Based on these assessments and your specific fitness goals, I will create a tailored training plan designed to help you progress efficiently. Simultaneously, I will develop a custom meal plan that aligns with your dietary preferences, nutritional needs, and fitness objectives. Both the training and meal plans will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days, providing you with a clear roadmap for your workouts and nutrition.

  • Once you have your plans, we will conduct weekly check-ins to track progress, make adjustments, and ensure you're moving toward your goals. You'll also have 24/7 access to support, with monthly reviews to keep you accountable and on track.

 FAQs

  • The price for 1:1 online coaching ranges from $265 to $500 per month, depending on the level of support and features you choose. At the lower end, for $265 per month, you get a bespoke training plan, a custom meal plan, 24/7 support, weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, and accountability. For more personalized guidance, the higher-end option at $500 per month includes a customized training plan with one weekly live 50-minute session, offering direct interaction and hands-on coaching to help you stay on track.

  • New clients are subject to a 3 month minimum committment. After this, your training committment will resume to one month at a time.

    Please note, you must provide 30 day written notice to cancel your subscription.

  • We enforce a 24 hours cancellation policy for virtual sessions. Any cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling that take place within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.

  • I've got you covered! If you prefer not to commit to live sessions, another option is available at $265 per month. This option includes a bespoke training plan, a custom meal plan, 24/7 support, weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, and accountability support to keep you on track toward your fitness goals.

    If you're looking for a more straightforward approach, I can create a 4-week customised training plan tailored to your needs ($197). However, this will not include weekly check-ins and ongoing support.
